REFUNDS

By directly or indirectly purchasing this book and/or other products, whether or not sold by resellers, you agree that the owning group makes no warranty, guarantee, or promise, written or implied, to include but not limited to the received condition, content, or shipment of the book(s) or product(s) sold. Items purchased indirectly through resellers, to include but not limited to Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Audible, SoundCloud, and MyBookOrders.com, are entirely subject to their individually respective Terms & Conditions in all matters and transactions. In the case of resellers and/or third party sellers, the owning group assumes no responsibility to refunding the purchase price of any book in any form, to include but not limited to paperback, hardcover, electronic, or audio. You agree to the Terms & Conditions of the respective reseller for any and all refunds. For books or products purchased directly from the owning group (example: on this website, at an in person showing and sale by the author(s), the owning group, or their representatives), rejection and/or lack of agreement of all of the Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers immediately after a book/product purchase and/or use, wherein the Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers were not fully disclosed and agreed to due to a reasonable technical/system error prior to a purchase may allow but limit the responsibility of the owning group alone to a maximum of a refund of the book’s or product’s purchase price (does not apply to any services), according to applicable laws and regulations, the Terms & Conditions of the owning group, or at the sole discretion of the owning group. A refund does not apply to blatant rejection, ignorance, or subversive response to the Terms & Conditions. All refunds have a limit of 30 days from the date of purchase. Any refund only applies to physical products (ex. hardcover and paperback). eBooks and Audio Books are digitally acquired, streamable/downloadable products, and as such, in the hypothetical event of a refund, would be absent the ability of assurance of deletion for purposes of copyright protections. Therefore, purchases of eBooks and Audio Books are final. Furthermore, refunds never apply and are not automatically granted for physical books or products being reasonably determined to have been read or used within the refund window of 30 days from the date of purchase wherein they cannot be resold in “as new,” worthy resalable condition. If the physical books or products have easily determinable damage, including but not limited to highlighting, underlining, cuts, tears, bent and/or dog-eared pages, bent and/or warped book, water damage, stains, dirty smudges, or the like, a refund of said physical books or products are not eligible. They must be returned in a resalable condition upon receipt by the owning group. Therefore, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the security of packaging prior to return shipment. The owning group is not liable for refunds in the event of a damaged book or product being received by the owning group post return, if and when only the contents are damaged and not the packaging. This will be clearly evidenced by the visible fact there was no package damage during the course of shipment. The only exception is if the purchaser can adequately authenticate the books or products were in resalable condition at the time of shipping said items. In this and all cases of returns, the best means for the purchaser to ensure a refund is to submit a picture of the books or products via email to the owning group at the time the return shipment is shipped, validated by a time stamp coincident with the postmark information the owning group observes on the received return shipment packaging and/or label(s). This photo(s) can be emailed to orders@insightful-perspectives.com. In such cases where damage is reasonably purported to have occurred during the original shipping process of books or products to the purchaser, the owning group is only liable for shipping an identical replacement product to the purchaser as originally purchased, free of charge to the purchaser. However, the identical replacement product will only be shipped to the original purchaser after the owning group receives the returned books or products. Only at the discretion of the owning group, a purchaser may be entitled to a requested refund of the books and/or products damaged during original shipment if and only if the purchaser authenticates and documents such damage with photograph(s) prior to return shipment and receives authorization from the owning group or its representatives that the return shipment will be accepted and a refund thereafter be tentatively granted. Then, after the owning group’s tentative acceptance of a refund, the return shipment includes the entirety of the damaged books and/or products along with the originally damaged packaging. If upon inspection of the return shipment it is reasonably determined the damage occurred strictly during original shipment, and at the sole discretion of the owning group, will a refund be granted. In all cases of returns, the purchaser agrees to pay any and all return shipping costs. And in all cases of refunds, the owning group must receive the books or products being refunded. No refunds will be granted for any books or products, resalable or damaged, until the owning group retakes physical possession of returned physical items. At no time will a refund be granted and paid out to the original purchaser when it is reasonable to believe the original purchaser or other parties retain partial or whole possession of originally purchased goods for which a refund is being requested. Nor will a refund be granted to anyone other than the original purchaser, regardless of the party(ies) responsible for shipping the returned items.

As otherwise permitted by the aforementioned, a full refund of the purchase price of a physical book or product (does not include any non-tangible, electronic media wherein no physical goods were granted via purchase) may be requested by the purchaser and then granted by the owning group within 30 days of verifiable purchase along with these required items being included in the return shipment:

1. receipt of purchase showing the date of purchase and purchase price, 
2. a return address for payment of any refund, 
3. reason for return and refund request, 
4. book(s) or product(s) are received by the owner in an “as new,” resalable condition, 
5. any and all items are shipped and postmarked by the sender no later than 30 days after the date of original purchase as shown on the receipt, and
6. the purchaser accedes the owning group is not responsible, liable, or required to refund the purchase price of any physical book(s) or product(s) until receipt of said physical item(s) and the owning group has retaken physical possession of the returned books or products, according to these stipulations. The purchaser makes this attestation by nature of relinquishing the physical book(s) or product(s) to the shipper for return shipment to the owning group. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the owning group’s receipt of any and all items via request of package tracking from the purchaser’s shipper of choice, and at the purchaser’s expense. It is not the owning group’s responsibility to authenticate receipt of returned item(s).

Upon meeting all of these aforementioned requirements, and at the pleasure and agreement by the owning group that a refund is warranted, a refund will be sent to the original purchaser’s return address in the form of a company check; or, where applicable and/or as required by Bank or Card Organizational Rules, via refund to the credit card used for original purchase [Please ensure copy of original electronic credit card receipt (showing date of purchase, last four digits of credit card used, Auth. code, etc.) is included in return shipment in order to ensure correct card is credited for the refund (For your security, DO NOT otherwise document your credit card or other secure information anywhere in return shipment. This information will be adequately notated on original electronic receipt)]. Any/all refunds for item(s) returned will only be for the original purchase price of the item(s) [noted on purchaser’s dated receipt] plus any applicable taxes at time and location of purchase.
